It is important for you to detect the symptoms at an early stage so that you can nip this disease in the bud. The symptoms of swine flu are similar to influenza and the common cold. The symptoms begin to appear in 1-4 days after you are exposed to the contagious person. Fever, shivering and sudden chills are some of the symptoms. The temperature of the body remains above normal  (100F-104F) for several days.  Here are the clear signs that show you are suffering from swine flu.

Your body requires almost 8-10 hours of sleep. This will keep your immune system active.
