You are Skipping Your Breakfast:

You Take Dinner Late at Night:
There should be a decent gap of at least two hours between your dinner and retiring to your bed. Always make it a point to take your dinner between 7:30-8 pm. So, that till the time you are awake, you can burn the calories you have taken.
You Are Not Aware of What Food is Healthy Actually:
There are millions of those who think that the food they take is healthy, but actually it is not. For instance, when you are making weight loss efforts you should be strictly avoiding whole milk and bananas. Although full of nutrition, they are extremely rich in calories. Switch to berries, green veggies, tomatoes and citrus fruits instead of bananas.
You Are Not Getting Enough Sleep:
Again for the same reason, a sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours is essential. If you are not able to sleep this much you will have a hard time reducing your weight because of the overproduction of cortisol hormone. The sleep should be uninterrupted. Oversleep is equally dangerous.
You Keep on Sitting for Long Hours:
Hmm.. So, it is a part of the job and hence inevitable. Right? But, try taking breaks and take strolls because long hours at desk result in the storage of sugar and your body tends to accumulate fat immensely.
