You are what you think you are. This is true enough! Probably this is a reason why every woman strives to look great which in turn boosts their self-confidence.

But, do you know that unknowingly you indulge in several habits that ruin your beauty? There are certain mistakes that you tend to make and your beauty has to pay the cost of your blunders. Let us have a quick look at the top 10 beauty blunders that destroy your beauty.

You Do Not Take Adequate Sleep:

Wondering how sleep can affect your beauty? It does. All those workaholic ladies who sleep less than 7-8 hours a day are the worst foe of their beauty. Your body needs unhampered sleep of at least 7-8 hours to function properly. Lack of sleep will result in a slow body metabolism and you tend to gain weight. That apart, you are likely to have dark circles and puffy eye bags around your eyes.

You Wash Your Face Many Times a Day:

Are you surprised? But this is true. Stop this habit of washing your face regularly as this robs essential oils from your skin and leave it dry & lifeless. Washing face 2-3 times a day is okay. Use lukewarm water and moisturizer based face wash. Never use soap on your face.

You Do Not Keep Your Body Hydrated:

This is a common mistake made by all. Make it a point to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. This will flush all the accumulated toxins in your body and make your skin glow naturally. But, remember that soda, cold drinks, coffee, tea, etc. should be not included the amount of water meant to be drink daily,Try having detoxifying drinks like green tea, coriander extract or cabbage broth.

You Do Not Cleanse and Moisturize Your Skin:

There are three secrets of a perfect skin: cleansing, moisturizing and toning. Make them a daily part of your routine. Use home made cleansers, moisturizer and toners. There are plenty of them available in your kitchen. Cleanse your skin thoroughly twice a day and keep it moisturized always. Also, it is important to exfoliate (scrub) your skin to get rid of dead skin cells regularly. Use Honey and lemon, oats and wheat bran.

You do not Apply Sunscreen Lotion When You Go Out:

Never make this mistake. Harmful UV rays cause excessive damage to your skin and it begins to age twice as faster. Always apply sunscreen with an adequate SPF over all the exposed areas of your body when you move out in the sun.

You Are Taking Late Night Dinner and Skipping Breakfast:

Leave all the habits that you know are wrong and would affect your body adversely. If you do not indulge in at least 30 minutes of work out daily and eating oily, greasy, sugary, salty and fatty foods you should not expect to stay beautiful. Also, make it a point to have your dinner as early as you can (3-4 hours before you go to bed). Also, never skip your breakfast and make it the healthiest meal of the day.

You Do Not Mediate:

Believe it or not, if you cannot spend 15-20 minutes on mediation or yoga, you cannot expect to be beautiful in real terms. Seclude yourself for some time and trash all your worries and stresses that life brings. Just listen to your inner voice and calm yourself. It will prove to be a stress buster and make you look cheerful & beautiful
